Fat Guy 1: Jeff has been in the restaurant business for 25 years; starting as a dishwasher when he was 15 years old and working his way up to upper management positions. He has worked in every position in a restaurant during his career. Prior to starting his own business, he was a General Manager and Managing Partner with Ruby Tuesday - a leader in the casual dining industry. There he set regional sales records for the highest volume units in the company.
Besides having good business sense and fiscal responsibility based on years of hands-on experience, Jeff's strengths lay in his team building and leadership abilities. Jeff has earned a reputation for building some of the most successful teams in the industry. As any great leader does, Jeff credits his success to his team – thereby earning him the respect and admiration of those who work with him. This allows him to retain good employees which in turn are reflected by repeat guests because guests know they can expect consistently great service.
Fat Guy 2: Tom has been in the restaurant business for 20 years and brings with him a track record of success and rapid advancement throughout his career.
He spent 10 years with Ruby Tuesday, Inc. in various positions including being an award-winning General Manager.
During his tenure with Ruby Tuesday, Tom also worked at the corporate office in Knoxville, TN serving as a Manager of Training, Regional Director of Human Resources, and Regional Financial Analyst.
Tom then returned to Delaware and held the position of Director of Operations with Ruby Tuesday for 3 stores in Northern Delaware.
Most recently Tom has been employed by the Aramark Corporation as the Retail Food Service Director at the University of Delaware.
